Camera Keeps sending alerts every couple of minutes.

I have an older Arlo system which has been great however I have one camer that is sending an alert every couple of minutes without any obvious activity.

Start by removing the camera from your account and sync it back to see if that helps. Point it at a blank wall to see if it continues to alert. If it does, it's likely a faulty camera.
