Arlo Pro Security System with Siren – 2 Rechargeable Wire-Free HD Cameras with Audio, Indoor/Outdoor, Night Vision (VMS4230) is the actual model that wasn't pre-selectable.
One of my cameras will not work unless plugged-in via the recharging cable. It works while plugged-in, but stops after. I've removed the battery, rebooted the system, and resynched the camera to the base and no luck. It seems the battery may be bad. Any ideas?

try swapping the batteries around to see if the problem follows the battery.

And if that shows the culprit, you can either swap the system at the store or open a case with support.
