When i playback my videos through CVR, the video skips to Live feed while i’m watching the older video. The playback skips only allowing to watch the playback for a few seconds. This is done while using the ARLO APP with my I phone 10. Is there a better way to watch the older clips? How can i keep the camera from switching to Live feed while viewing the timeline? Any suggestions?

It seems to play much better on a PC  ( https://arlo.netgear.com/ ) with a browser
