Blurry horrible video

I'm extremely frustrated with the degradation of video after every firmware update.  The video so awful now it's equivalent to 1983 VHS quality.  Vehicles are blurry, no chance with an actual usable image of a person.  Viewing "live" is the same.  So not a recording issue.   Night time, useless. It's a shame as the image was so good.  I guess I'll have to go shopping for a new system.  Tired of this.

It's not firmware or every camera would have this issue. Have you cleaned the camera lens? What exactly do you mean by blurry? A screenshot or video link would be useful.

I have exactly the same issue.   I can't attach video here from my computer so I took a screenshot from my screen capture.  You basically can't see anything at all.  I have no problem with my other cameras so it shouldn't be firmware.  Maybe the life span of it is ending.....

Could be but first swap cameras around to see if it's the camera or location.
