Blinking green light on charging station

For some reason a battery won't turn solid green. This is what it does.

Mine doesn't blink. Have you tried a different Arlo charger as well as a different battery?

Mine hasn't either until now. I only have 1 charger. I charged other batteries fine. I just didn't know if the blink means bad battery bad connection bad anything.
Anyone?
