Battery won’t charge

Battery won’t charge on all 3 cameras, Arlo sent anew charger but still nothing. No lightning bolt.

Is the outlet you're plugging the charger into working? Have you tried a different outlet? Did Arlo also send a new charging cable with the charger and you've tried both? Take pains to ensure the cable is fully inserted into the camera. 

It's odd that 3 cameras won't charge.

Tried 3 outlets(all working) 2 cables. I’m thinking defective batteries or software glitch.

Something is definitely wrong with the hardware, whether batteries or camera. Open a case with support again:

Arlo sent a new power adapter for charge cord & problem was solved. Thanks
