I am getting "battery too low" message even though I placed a fully charged battery that works in other cameras without issues. Also, when I plug in the camera, the charging symbol doesn't show up and the "battery too low" message still persists.

Any idea how to fix this?

Do you have a iPhone or iPad with arlo app installed showing the same behaviour?

Yes, shows the same on iphone or android.

Have a read of the article below, the batteries may need repriming.

Thanks, but the battery can be charged to 100% and works perfectly in other cameras. It is now at 85% and the camera with the issue still says low battery.

This could be failing circuitry (in which case there is nothing much you can do).

 

But another possibility is that the battery contacts in the camera need cleaning, so maybe give that a try.
