  • I have two cameras but one battery that I’ve been attempting to charge in the charger. Want to make sure it works. I do have 2 batteries though.

Then I suggest trying to charge the second battery.  That will help isolate the problem.

Also, are the LEDs on the charging station working?

If you have another camera, you can try swapping the batteries.  Then see if the problem moves with the battery or stays with the camera.

Are you using the original Arlo charger?

Battery isn’t charging in the charger. Yes, I have the original Pro charger.

Are you using the stand-alone charger (removing the battery from the camera)???

Yes I think it’s the stand alone charger? Battery is not in the camera

Does it look like this?

Do you still have the Arlo indoor charger that shipped with the cameras?  If so, have you tried using that?

Also, do you have another Pro/Pro 2 camera?  If so, does its battery charge properly?

  • Yes, that’s the way the charger looks
  • No, do not have the inside charger anymore.

  • I have two cameras but one battery that I’ve been attempting to charge in the charger. Want to make sure it works. I do have 2 batteries though.

I found the charging cords that you were referring to. Charged it that way. Thank you so much!
