Battery dies as soon as off charger

One of my arlo pro cameras stays on the charger until fully charged but as soon as I take it off the charger, even if it's not on, the battery dies within hours.

 

I removed and re-synced the camera but it's still happening.

Have you tried swapping batteries with another camera?
