My Arlo pro won’t charge. Replaced battery with Arlo battery and still getting error when trying to charge. Suggestions?

Will the camera work if you externally power the camera, if so, if you pull external power does the camera stop working?

Are you using the arlo web portal in browser to access your cameras, if so does the arlo mobile app tells you different?

Camera doesn’t work now even if plugged in. On the app it says battery needs charging. I have replaced the battery with a new Arlo batterybut get same message
