Hello,
Was wondering if anyone has had an issue after charging the cameras battery that the lightening symbol still shows when the camera is not charging? I have unpluged the camera from the charger but it still shows it as charging. I orginally thought the camera was frozen due to the weather but the temperature has warmed up and it still showing the camear as charging when it is not. I have three cameras and only have this issue with one.

That's probably a cache issue. Clear it in the phone settings for the app or use the browser routine for this if using abrowser.

I am seeing this on my iphone app. So do I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it?

That's one brute force way to clear the cache. Or use the phone settings for the app and clear the cache there.

Have you tried plugging the camera in and then unplugging while monitoring the situation?
