Battery charger not charging my cameras. Showing incompatible cord error.

My battery charge is being rejected. It will not charge my cameras. The fault says. incompatible charging cord, replace with a compatible cord to charge!! Please help!

Areyou using the Arlo/Netgear charger and cable?

I'm using the charger that was provided with the system. This is the second charge for the cameras.

Are you saying all cameras show the same error? That implies the charger is at fault. You can try a different charger that support both 5v and 9v outputs to see if that works, such as one that come with many newer phones.
