Battery Dead & Camera Won't Carge

I bought a 3 camera system in august. I only use 2 at a time and rotate the cameras out. 1 of the camera wont charge. I am using the right cord. I ordered another arlo battery charger and battery. It wont charge either.

See if the camera works without the battery installed with the ac adapter.

Swap the battery to one of the other cameras to verify it's the camera ( not battery )

 

Contact Arlo support for possible warranty issue
