I just bought my Arlo Pro Wireless System, and I have 5 cameras. I really do believe one of my rechargable batteries has a defect. When I took it out to re-install it I noticed a chip on the metal portion of the battery where it connects into the casing. I want a free replacement battery. I just bought my system on 9 June 2017. And the whole system cost me close to 1000.00 dollars.

PLEASE don't put personal I do on the Internet. Haven't you heard enough horror stories yet?

You have two choices:

1) swap at the store

2) open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

User forucant possibly correct a hardware fault.
