Batteries not lasting. Got a hold of someone and got battery replaced but went out again.

I was impressed with the picture quality, ability to record movements and streaming the feed to my phone, however my cameras stopped working in less than a year. I finally was able to get a hold of someone and they sent out one new battery. It worked for a week and then went out again. They told me the batteries on the cameras would last months and mine barely lasted a day. Then both cameras completely stopped working. I had also purchased the Arlo baby camera and it also stopped working after about 6 month. I was a big fan at first but these have not been holding up and at this point I think we are better off getting a new system from another brand.
