Has anyone had a problem when changing batteries 1 of my cameras was great the other still shows 6 percent battery the same before I changed it so I swapped with other camera still the same so batteries are all good. This has been the first time batteries have been replaced and can't get answer from customer service

Check the firmware versions on both cameras in Settings, My Devices, your cameras. Maybe the weird one has old firmware. You may need to remove the camera from the same place as the previous suggestion and then resync it.

Also, try power cycling the base.

Usu, a power button reboot of the base will fix the time.
