I have been trying to get this camera to work properly since I got it for Christmas...
Keeps loosing connection. So I moved the base closer and plugged into a wifi extender.
The battery apparently dies in a week... it says it's not connected so I pull it down and it blinks red as in the battery is dead plug it in and it says it's 80% 90% whatever charged.
oh and lets not forget even if the camera functioned properly the mount would have it facing ground! It will not hold its desired position!
very disappointed! Can't figure out what this 4 month battery life bull is all about!

Try running it on the adapter and cable ( pull battery out ) and see how it works.
If it stays on line then it's the battery cauisng problems, if it continues, then it the camera and contact Netgear Support
