Batteries- Arlo Smart Home. Battery issues are dead and will not charge

I purchased this system in late Sept 2018. All of the camera batteries are dead and will not charge. Is this covered by a warrenty? My units are placed very high on our house and not easily accessible for changing batteries all the time. Thanks

Try this.... common when battery packs are run totally flat as the cells must have a min charge for the charging system to work,,, doing this will allow enough charge so it can happen.

Recommend you recharge when the email comes at about 15%.

Is there a way to fix this once it’s already happened or do I now buy new batteries?

Not sure what you mean by this. You've had to use the above procedure more than once?  I tend to recharge my batteries when I get the email at ~15% left which would prevent the issue.
