Base station siren is on and I can’t seem to get the toggle to work and make it turn off. The toggle sticks to “siren on”

Ignore if the following is too obvious.

Use the button on the base station to disable the alarm.

One cause for continued alarm is if you have audio detection enabled on your camera in your rules and it is within ear shot of the base siren, the alarm gets re-triggered and will not reset until the mode is disabled first.

If you’re using the iOS App the alarm reset banner will not appear unless the app is open when the siren gets triggered. You will need to activate the siren using the app icon to be able to deactivate it using the reset banner’s toggle control.
