Base station offline

Over the last month I've been having trouble with my base station going offline. I've tried rebooting and I've called twice for help, none of which worked. Yesterday they said my router needed to be on a different channel as the one it was on was to congested. I had ATT put me on Arlo's recommended channel and still the problem continues only now Arlo refuses to return my calls for Tech support. Is it garbage can time?

It would help to know all details fort us to be able to help. For starters, what are the base LEDs showing when offline? What have you tried? What do you see?
