Base station not power on

What to do ? My base station is not powering up.... its not working at all !!!???

Any leds lit ?

Outlet the power cord plugged into working?

No the lights are not on ... and yes the power cord are plugged in and switched on !!!

Two choices. 1) Swap the system at the store. 2) Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Help. Hub stopped powering up. Plugged in. Reset doesn't do anything.
Where is the link to open a case?
