I successfully paired the 3 cams and installed in locations outside a week ago under the eaves of my home. All 3 have been working great, but now, the one on the front door is showing "offline". Should I try to re "pair" it? Does battery life drastically get reduced from more frequent audio and motion alerts??? What are the common causes??? Tks

Yes. If it's constantly being triggered and recording and if it's in a spot where the signal strength is weak, the battery will deplete much faster. However, a week might be a bit fast. Did you full charge them all before using them?

I'd open the battery compartment of the camera and then close it and watch if the blue LED blinks slowly and then quickly. If it does, it's paired again. If it doesn't, open the battery compartment, remove the camera from the system in the app or web interface, then hit sync on the base and cameras again.

If you close the camera battery compartment and the LED blinks orange, the battery is low/flat

A bit more detail - on a Pro camera you have to actually remove the battery to reset the camera rather than just opening and closing the battery door.  The original wireless camera worked with just the door since it had contacts on it.  The Pro doesn't and has no switch to disconnect the battery.
