Base offline VMB4000

Base station not connected to internet. I have tried rebooting base and router  including disconnecting and reconnecting power and ethernet cables with negative results .

What are the base LEDs showing?

Internet is amber, other two are green.

That's typically an issue with the router. Try rebooting the router and base, in that order, first. If still amber, you need to check the router settings to see why access is blocked to the servers.

Thanks for your assistance.  Rebooting router worked. However, I had to contact my internet provider and they rebooted from their end. To get it going.
