Base Unit Offline - All lights are green

My computer won't connect to the base station. It connected to my wife's phone but won't connect to my computer or phone.

So...i I get this right.... the system is fully functional only on your wifes phone

For your computer, trya a differnt browser like Fire Fox or Chrome ( you can try and clear cache and make sure flash is on ) and make sure your going to

What type of phone is yours and what OS ?

My phone is a Droid mini.

you didn't say...but the original came with OS 4.2 .... I believe you need 4.4 or better ( will have to check my notes )

App site says 4.1 or better.
