Base Station not found. Tried many troubleshooting steps with support team.

I have been trying to set up my system for weeks now and have talked to multiple representatives from Netgear and Arlo. I've about given up.
My base station shows green lights on the base and internet lights. When i log into my router (Netgear R6900v2) i can see that the base is hooked up and receiving internet. Here is most of all that I have tried:
-On/Off and hard reset of the base and the router
-Changing frequencies on router
-Changing firmware on router
-Checked interent connection on other devices
-Tried connecting base using phone, ipad, computer, and friends phones
-Got a new base station, same problem
-Got a new router (Netgear R6900v2), nothing
-Changing cables
-Trying differnent ports on the router
Can anyone come up with a suggestion on how to make my Arlo Pro base visable to my phone/computer so i can finish setting up my sytem.
