Like every night before I go to bed I arm my systonight it won't allow me to get in and arm anything and instead of having 3 yellow lights on the front of the Bay station I've got a middle Amber and left and right or yellow I don't know what the h***'s going on but I don't appreciate having my security system that I paid money for not working you need to provide me with a solution To work around this if there's some update preventing me from normal operation

I hope you all are not suggesting that I throw out my base station for this Arlo pro that I have along with 5 cameras that I've got And I backup everything to a local drive I'm 67 years old on social security I cannot afford to be forced in to buying a new system that is utterly ridiculous that's what you're all about suggesting I'm gonna have a h*** of a lot to say about it.

This appears unrelated to the main topic on this thread.

Normally you should be seeing 3 green lights on the base (not yellow).  If you have a middle amber light, then something isn't working right with the base station ethernet.  Try restarting your router, and then power-cycle your base station, and see if that resolves it.

FWIW, this is a user-to-user forum - you are not connecting with Arlo Support.  I don't work for Arlo, I am another user.
