Dear Arlo Team,
I have problems with the base station vmb 4000. It was installed and working in my new home for several weeks. Now at once it is not anymore reachable, it is offline and not one of the lights is on. Like if it would be disconnected from energy. It is damaged? There are similar cases? What can I do?
Thank you very much ahead for your support.
Christoph

it is entirely possible that the base was damaged or defective, but have you tried plugging the base into another outlet? The base could be ok but the AC adapter could be defective.
