Base Station has no internet after having this camera for two years. Service is not free?

Had this camera for two years and dozens of times I have set up the operation after changing batteries. Not no more says my base station has no internet. Is my service now fee based instead of free?

Hey Geewhiz53,

 

What LED lights are showing on your Arlo Base Station? Try to power cycle your base station, unplug the power adapter from the outlet, wait two minutes, and reconnect the power adapter to the outlet. The base station takes one to two minutes to start. When the power LED and Internet LED light solid green, your base station is connected to the Internet.
