Ive had this system for years with no issues until i changed to a new Internet Router and now my Base Station doesnt want to Connect ive tried everything you can think off Disconnecting this and that, resetting the base couple times even bought a new Ethernet cable and nothing still!! how can i fix this?

Green for Power, nothing for the middle and amber for the cameras

Can you test the LAN ports in the new router with another device (a PC with an ethernet port)???

Didnt work is there a way to just connect my cameras without the base like Nest cameras?

and Contacting Arlo is useless without paying 1st for help on there own products

Do I need to buy another base if it doesn't connect?

The newest cameras have that feature (Pro 4, Essential).  But not your older Pro 2s.

Are you are saying the the router LAN ports also don't work with another device (the test I suggested above)?

 

If that's the case, the problem is with your new router, not with with the Arlo base.

Ok ill return it and try another and see if that works
