Hi,
When I do a manual recording from computer on a remote site I receive a bad result, see below. The same happens with manual pictures only the top view is sharp. When triggered the recording works OK and manual recording with Android App in phone works OK. I have the same setup at the same site as the computer, there everything works OK.

That tends to look like a connection issue. If you have multiple cameras, swap them around for testing to see if it stays with the camera or the location.

I have two cameras and they behave exactly the same.

Try moving one closer to the hub as a test (ideally in the same room as the hub, but about 6-10 feet away).

I will do that if we think there is a connection issue, the problem is that the equipment is 460 km away.
Can you explain for me the difference between manual recording from my app in the phone and logging in by computer, the app in my Android works fine.

The difference between manual recording and motion-triggered or audio-triggered recording is that the camera is livestreaming and recording simultaneously when making a manual recording.
As far as the camera is concerned, there is no difference between making a manual recording from your computer and making one using the app. Although the client is of course different (you are using the app on the phone, and the web client on the PC).
So if the problem never happens on the phone, then it doesn't sound like a signal issue between the camera and the base. But you might want to test that at several times during the day, just to make certain that the phone app never misbehaves.
