I have a 3-camera Arlo Pro system with VMB4000 base station and 1add-on Pro 2 camera. Yesterday afternoon, my Arlo app on my iPhone shows that the base station went offline but I am still periodically getting notifications of motion alerts and have the ability to review motion recordings. Any idea how this is possible? The system is clearly connected to a network and feeding me recordings.

Did a factory reset on my base station with a paper clip and added all things again and now it works.

Same thing for me.
It says offline in my mobile app and "My Arlo" page. All light are green on my base station and everything looks fine.
Disconnecting power etc. does not help 😞 .
