Base Station Offline - Error Message

Since yesterday morning, my app is showing base station is offline check if it is powered up and is connected to the internet message. My base station is showing only two green lights out of three. Middle light doesnt come on. I tried everything - turn off/on base station and router, unplugging, reset & etc. still no good.

We just bought it and it was working for two days and not any more. I am super frustrated since i installed them for safety purposes while im out of state.

Please help to resolve this issue asap!!

If the Internet ledis out, the base has no connection to the router. That can be due to the port on the base, a bad cable or the port on the router. Use a different cable and port on the router. If still no good, remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Press the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash Amber. Does the Internet LED turn on green? If not, swap at the store.
