Base Station Arlo Pro2 cameras

I got a new computer so i unplugged everything and put it all back together. My cameras said "off line" so i went to the base station. All 3 lights were off. I hit the power button on the back and the 3 lights turn green while i hold it in, then off and the left light goes orange until i let the pressure off the power button. The all dark again when i let it go, the power wont stay on and yes, i tried a different outlet and supply. Is my base station bad?
