Base Is Offline & Batteries Don't Seem To Recharge

Away from home extended period and batteries died in cams.  now base station is offline and cams dont seem to recharge.  Need help.   reset the base, powered off. removed one cam device but it would not sync.   any suggestions folks?

Re not syc'ing;

open and remove battery and replace to reset camera, Make sure ti's a quick press on the base sync button and then the camera ( don't hold )

Had same issue with base taking ages in "getting status" and than going offline. Try resetting everything but sadly only able to get it working for a while than the whole cycle starts again...Arlo, what have u done, again!!
