BILLING in foreign currency?!

Hi, I just signed up for 1 month Premier with Arlo Pro, and the billing said $12.99, but when I was charged, it was $13.37 in some foreign currency (don't know what) and I've also been hit with a currency exchange fee $0.38 from my bank!

What's the deal? At no point did your website tell me you'd be billing in another currency!
