Audio sound during play back of videos

I cannot hear sound when playing back recorded videos.  I can hear audio when live streaming.  What is the issue with video playback?

What are you using for your device, if an app, thave you tried a PC or downloaded a file and then attempt to play it ?

The problem is oin my PC, everything works fine on my phone with the app.

This could be due to the media player you are using to play back the clip on your PC. What media player are you using? Do you get any different behavior when opening the clip with a different player?
