As primary account holder, it says not allowed to perform function when turning on admin rights

The user on my account admin rights accidentally got turned off. When I try to turn back on it says I do not have permission to perform the action. I am the primary on the account. How do I correct this?

Try a browser rather than the app. If needed, remove the granted access account and recreate.
