Arlo Pro charger message referring to KB article. Unable to locate KB article. Help?

My Arlo pro camera charger level is at 10% when I try to plug it into the wall to recharge I am Receiving a charging default message referencing a KB article I am unable To locate article or resolve charging issue please advise

It would help if you told us the link. Are you using the Netgear charger that supports both 5v and 9v outputs?
