I have had my Arlo Pro for about 3 months and 3 days ago it stopped letting me log in on my computer. Still works fine on my Iphone. It says I might be logged on another device, but I'm not...

I just got off the phone with tech support and they had me go into settings in my computer and clear all the cookies from my arlo.netgear and it seems to have worked, but they said they were having some issues also...

I am having the same issue and have done everything I can think of and nothing works. This is a copy of the message we are receiving.
"You may be logged into NETGEAR Arlo in a different browser tab. Please close the tab before proceeding. You can also try to restart your browser or delete cookies from your browser before trying to login again."

I haven't figured out what happened to cause this, I've changed nothing with my computer since I bought this and I get the same message and I can't log in. Worked for months and then just stopped. Help?
