I purchased an Arlo Pro but returned it to the slow response time. I contacted Arlo about deleting my account on May 2nd. I continued to receive emails from Arlo. I contacted Arlo again on May 6th asking again to close my account. I was told "Upon checking here your case has already been forwarded to our Engineering team for account closure, however the tool for closure is still under maintenance". They could not provide a time frame but said I would receive an email. Today again I got another email from Arlo. I tried the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email but that hasn't stopped them. Any help would be appreciated.
