One of my cameras (out of four) shows up in my app (the main one) but does not show up in the apps (phone or computer) of shared account. How do I fix this?

Solved my own problem minutes after posting!  Here's the fix:

 

  • Go into Settings>Grant Access
  • Click on a person that has been granted access.  
  • Click on edit for that person and then make sure there is a check mark against each camera that you want to share.
  • Hit save.  
  • Repeat for each person

Having the same problem.  Set up 4 cameras and shared with all the family with no problem.  Then added another camera which has synced and shows up on the main account (Mine) but not on the shared account apps of my family.  Any advice would be most welcome
