so was the system down from midnight 10/28 until noon 10/29? My Arlo app refused to acknowledge it is Oct 29 until 12:01pm today?

Did you check https://status.arlo.com/ when it was "down"? No issues were reported and my system worked fine during that time. Of course, anything between your system and the servers could have been down/blocked for some reason.

could just be the crappy app too

what is it again that I pay a monthly fee for?
