Arlo's flip-flopping on the 7-day policy -- how do I provide feedback?

A few months ago 1 of my 3 Arlo Pros suddenly stopped working. At Arlo support's suggestion, I bought a new battery but this didn't fix it. Then Arlo announced they were taking away the 7-day cloud storage policy, so I decided to switch to a new system. (I bought the $36 Loosafe cameras on Amazon and for the price they're decent, plus they have free cloud storage.) Now Arlo has reversed their policy and it's too late for me to return the Loosafe cameras. It's made me realize how overpriced Arlo cameras are. I've gone from being an advocate for Arlo to being really sour on them. I'd like to provide feedback on this in hopes someone might benefit from it, but I couldn't find a link. Does anyone know where to do this?
