Arlo push to talk is not working - spinning icon

I have 5 cameras either Arlo Pro or Pro 2. I have never successfully got the speaker function working. They are 2 years plus old now. I have checked them all and they say no updates available to all should be up to date.

What happens is when I press the speaker function in my device to chat through the speaker it will not connect. I just get a circle of death. They did connect once but again not real great to talk through.

I have a few questions for you.

1. How long have you experienced this issue? 

2. Do the cameras fail each time you attempt to use Push to talk?

3. Does this occur over Wifi & Mobile data?

4. Have you tried to reboot the camera by removing > re-inserting the batteries?

5. Have you tried to remove the cameras from settings > My devices > Re-add them?

6. Does the push to talk feature work over the web browser?
