I have one camera on the dark side of my house and during the night I have a dark screen.  I have worked on adjusting the brightness and it doesn’t change.  Any suggestions?

Can you go into the camera’s settings on the app and then under video settings check you have night vision enabled. This function will turn on the night LEDs when it gets dark.

To test place the camera in a dark room or closet with it armed and identify the red LEDs are showing. If not then pull the camera battery for 10sec to reset and test again.
