Arlo pro won’t update to the latest firmware and battery drains fast. Tried removing camera.

My arlo pro battery drains around 5 days, bought new battery but exactly same happens. Remove camera and app, turn everything off overnight, reinstall next day, problem persists. An arlo firmware update supposed to fix this issue but my arlo is still on the older firmware version, there’s nowhere to do manual update on the app, it suppose to auto update. Please help. My firmware is 1.092.0.24_985

If you have more than one camera, swap them around to see if it's the camera or location. If only one camera, bring it closer to the base to see if that makes a difference.
