Arlo pro won't connect when plugged in. Removed battery and AC plug and reinstalled.

My camera has been working great until I decided to plug it in. Now that I'm running off AC power I can't connect.

I removed the battery and AC plug, uninstalled the device from the app, replaced battery, reinstalled. Still not working.

Works with battery just not with AC plug. Any help?

Update: after a couple hours everything is back to working again. It fixed itself

Update. Found that it connects but it takes 3 full minutes for it start showing me the camera feed. Sometimes it times out too.
