Have 3 cameras and can interchnge the batteries with all except one. It shows dead battery but when I replace the battery, the blue LED will blink for about 15-20 secs, then goes out but never registers the replaement battery. I can take this battery to other cameras

When you say the camera will not register the battery, do you mean the camera will not show active in the app?
If the camera has gone offline, move it near the base station say three feet and do a manual sync with the base station.

I can use any of the batteries in the other cameras without issues. When I replace the battery in the other cameras the blue LED flashes once and then goes online. This camera will blink 10-12 imes then stop but will not register the battery. The contacts in the camera are clean and appear intact.

Thanks that did it. Kept saying the battery was incompatible or at 1% but after manually syncing, all works again.
