There was an issue that a small number of users were experiencing yesterday that resulted in a similar behavior. Engineering has since resolved the issue, are you still experiencing this today?

Can you give more details about what you are experiencing? What error messages are you seeing? What is the LED behavior on your base station and cameras? What troubleshooting have you already done?
