Arlo pro usb

What USB can I use for the arlo pro base? I bought a 64 gig and won't work and can't format it I called the support number but the guy wasn't understanding me.

Format it to Fat32. Once installed in the base it can be formatted on your app or computer login

That should work fine.

As soon as you plug it in it should say USB device ready and then enable USB recording.

The stick should be pre-formatted but if not then try and format  it on your computer first.

the PRO will support up to 2 TB in fat32 format... ( theory limit re format )

Just remember to eject the stick before pulling same out ... to view the mp4 files in another device
